Unfriendly front desk staff. Elevators were not working. She had my room on the 3rd floor, I was unable to climb 3 flights of stairs due to mobility issues. Barking dog on first floor. She found me a room at the opposite end from the barking dog. Room smelt funky as I opened the door. AC loud when it comes on, mold on shower head and on sink hole drain area, shower cap for water spigot was not attached to shower wall, some kind of filth on phone, mattress was hard. Staff was not friendly or professional. On check-in and check-out, neither woman got up from their chairs to greet. Ice machine on 3rd floor only. Pool area was already covered up, area didn't look taken care of. Trash and overgrown hedges on property and parking area.

Positive: The price, which was significantly lower than the direct-to-hotel pricing offered when called. Negative: The breakfast offered was significantly lacking COMPARED TO THE WEBSITE PHOTO.. Not offered-waffles, yogurt, juice (dispenser not working the 3 days stayed)--all that was offered was coffee, cold cereal and toast!. Pool was mothballed. Need keycard resets

I’m honestly not sure what some of the other reviews are talking about. My stay was great from start to finish. The room was clean, the sheets were fresh, there was plenty of hot water, and everything worked perfectly. The elevator was running fine and I had zero issues during my stay. Overall, everything was amazing and I would definitely stay here again.

We lucked out and got a fantastic deal with two rooms for the price of one! Seriously, it was such a great surprise. All the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated one team member Lilly who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Overall, a really positive experience and a great value!

Front desk associate was very nice and accommodating and helped us get into another room because my wife is pregnant and such. This was necessary because the elevator was broken and our room assigned to us was on the 3rd floor. First red flag. Unfortunately, the room she moved us to was dirty. There was a filthy sweatshirt left in the bathroom and my son found a toy from the previous room user. The bathroom had a ton of spots with mismatched paint from repairs. A few towels were stained, the room was musty smelling, the pull out bed my son was going to use was dirty. It was very evident the cleaning staff doesn’t vacuum under the cushions for the pull out bed. When I book a hotel, I expect everything to be dang near perfect. The most important things about your stay are the staff and the
