Hilton Garden Inn Tifton

There are a lot of good things about this hotel. The rooms are clean, our request for a 1st floor room was granted. We didn't have soap, we had wall soaps in the shower but no hand soap but it was easily obtained. Speaking of soaps in the shower. You can sure tell these buildings were constructed by 6 feet tall people. I could barely reach the shampoo/conditioner/body wash as the containers were at 6 foot tall reach. I stood on my tippy toes to be able to use the products. Not sure why that was. |My "beef" if there is such a thing is the dang EV chargers. I am so tired of finding hotels where I can charge to get to the hotel and find out it is broken. They have 3 chargers here - 2 Tesla (not super chargers) and 1 "regular" which is what we need. Positive: Leaving it. Negative: Hair on bathroom floor. Not enough toilet paper; huff when asked. Only 1:3 day cleaning until I asked. Few who spoke English. Hot room; had to ask for AC adjustment 2x. Apathetic staff.

We arrived late so the digital key working at the back door was very convenient. It was nice to park and go straight to our room. The room looked and smelled clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower water pressure was great. The lobby was nice and updated, though the room itself felt a bit dated. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and we had to ask for an extra bath towel since only three were provided, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a comfortable stay.

This was a great hotel to stay at in Tifton, Georgia. Not knocking the business any stars for Ethan's personality or lack thereof. He was a displeasure to check in with. The hotel was very clean; rooms were comfortable as well and the staff on other days were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast crew working when we stayed went above and beyond as well and were very kind and pleasant to talk to. They have snacks, drinks and beer in the lobby for purchase as well with a self-checkout so you can bill to your room or pay with a card. Makes it convenient when needing things during a late check out or when you simply forgot something. Wouldn't stay here. It is portrayed as high end upscale but it's got motel 6 vibes. Very deceiving. Lobby is amazing. But rooms? Not clean at all. Cat litter / pee stench that reeked throughout the room, hairballs, stains, brown smears in toilet bowl, trash not emptied. YIKES! Cleanliness is not something taken seriously here. Watched the front desk lady waive the $75 pet fee for our inconvenience. But never waived anything!! Lies and deceit throughout. Our dog is cleaner than either room they put us in. Reached out to management via email and phone call - no response.For the amount of money spent, they moved us to a smaller room after complained about lack of care in cleaning, one would think we would get some of our money back for downsizing.
