It’s always a great stay.. there was a problems with housekeeping, had a very rude Cuban lady that didn’t come clean our room for 3 days we were there. Next time I will make sure someone comes for our services. We always stay over the weekend and we deserve better services. |As for the rest everyone was super nice. |Thank you

Service was great, they made sure to welcome me as a diamond member with some treats! They were accommodating to my service dog which I greatly appreciate! The single room is small, but nice. The double is much larger. Great shower, nice bathroom. Other than being a little difficult to find with Google Maps, the location is great. Right next to the mall and lots of food choices. Walkable to most.

I would like to especially recognize the manager Sarina García and her team for their professionalism, kindness, and personalized attention. From the moment I arrived until check-out, they made me feel welcome and genuinely cared for. I truly appreciate the excellent service provided it’s clear that your staff operates with great coordination, dedication, and genuine hospitality under her leadership. I would give no stars if I could. But I need to post this warning for others. My niece was staying here. I went to visit staff was very rude when I asked which floor was the room on. Hallway had stains on the carpet and the place stunk of mold. Key didn't work. A guy came up used another key card that didn't work either. He used some machien to open the door. Upon first opening the door the room had a moldy order. The free breakfst was a joke. We moved her to a better hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE.
