HORRIBLE!!!! Honestly stay absolutely anywhere else. My husband and I were only there one night and we couldn’t leave fast enough. To start out we get there, and wait to check in for over 15 minutes because they don’t have a good system and it’s extremely out dated (like I mean signing a legit piece of paper, printing it out and everything), just took forever. Finally we get up to our room….. DISGUSTING, I’ll attach photos, the glass shower doors, the faucets, THE SHOWER HEAD, if you picked anything up there was a ring of dust around it so you could see where it went. There was urine on the side of the toilet, and don’t even think about walking around the room without shoes or socks, because there is so much dirt and dust on the floor it will feel like you are walking outdoors barefoot. So

Everything was good. Breakfast was very good. The door to the room was way too heavy to open. We were able to open it but if a guest was a senior or handicapped, they may not be able to get in or out of the room. For two people staying 2 or more nights there should be 2 shampoo and conditioners. Make-up remover isn't really necessary since most women travel with this type of toiletries.

Last minute stay here went well. Needed a room for the night. I booked online and check in was easy. Room was clean and shower had hot water with good pressure. I ran into a woman walking out to salt the sidewalk and asked if she was the front desk person. It ended up being the GM of the location, and she was able to help me with extra soap and tooth paste. Didn’t catch her name but very pleasant woman and she’s doing a great job running this establishment. I jokingly said “I’m giving you 5 stars! So I’m here to be a man of my word. 👍

Room was clean but seemed a little sterile. Bed was comfortable. Microwave, refrigerator, TV and all the lights worked. Breakfast was good with scramble eggs, sausage and fresh made pancakes from and an automated device that were relatively good. Other standard cold items were present and fresh. Only negatives were the open shower with no door where water sprayed over the floor in front of the sink and made for a slippery floor. 2nd negative was the HVAC system which blew cold air over the bed off and on. For 20 minutes we were cold and covered up but then 15 minutes after it went off we were hot and had to uncover. This went on all night and did not make for a restful sleep. Overall a nice place and we would probably stay again if only for a night or two

⚠️ ADA VIOLATION — READ BEFORE BOOKING ⚠️ My wife and I stayed at this hotel and immediately encountered multiple serious issues, including what appears to be a clear violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). First: The room we were assigned was not cleaned. The beds were unmade and garbage was left on the floor (photos attached). This alone was unacceptable. Second — and far more serious: My wife is pregnant and requires a service animal for a disability, protected under federal law. When I went to the front desk to report the unclean room, the general manager was placed on speakerphone and proceeded to aggressively state that dogs were not allowed in the hotel. I calmly explained that the dog is a service animal under the ADA. Despite this, the general manager (Kimberly
