Comfort Inn & Suites Milford

I went to this hotel 2/23. It was day two of having no power due to the local blizzard. I had called Comfort Inn and asked if they had pet friendly rooms before I left my house with my senior dog. I walked in to a female who said can I help you. I said I called and asked for a pet friendly room. She said we dont have any. I replied but I called, she replied "AND" , I replied and I was told there were rooms here. I looked at my phone I had called another Comfort Inn close by. So I was at the wrong location. I told her I was new to the area so that was my bad and asked her did she know of any other pet friendly hotels. She simply replied "NO" . Due to the circumstances of being in a driving ban statewide, not being with electric for 2 days i expected sympathy, compassion, and need I say cust

I was partly satisfied with the hotel but not every aspect of it. The room did not have an alarm clock, making it harder to keep track of the time during my stay. I wish it had had a few more drawers to store my clothes. The TV set did not work well because it took much time to change channels and I could not find a premium movie channel. I am glad that front desk service was available, but it took some time to speak with them at my check-in time. I liked the amount of space in the room but it could have contained an extra living room chair. The restroom was comfortable, as were the towels. The bed was more comfortable than those of other hotels I have visited.

Positive: that it was clean Negative: no one came to our room to fix our bed and give us fresh towels like another hotel does, we stayed 2 nights.

The hotel was clean, smelled great, updated and the breakfast was awesome. The beds are a little stiff, but honestly, it was a great price for a decent hotel stay and we couldn't complain. Staff was friendly and the pool was clean. Would definitely stay again if in the area!

I had an excellent experience at the Milford Delaware Comfort Inn. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, check-in was smooth, and my room was ready exactly as reserved. I booked directly with the hotel nearly a year in advance, confirmed my check-in and check-out dates twice, and - surprise! - everything went exactly as planned. One afternoon during my stay, I happened to be in the lobby when things got… lively. A guest was certain their reservation ended on a Sunday, but the actual date in the system showed Saturday. It reminded me of those moments when you’re sure your phone is right about what day it is… until you look at a real calendar and realize you’ve been off by 24 hours.
