I booked a stay here through booking.com. I reserved two nights in the Queen suite (371.80). Since I usually stay at Hampton Inns for this price I figured the caliber would be comparable. I was there the weekend of Feb 20 2026. The website stated that IN the suite, you had your own tumble dryer and a bidet. NEITHER were present. Then comes the breakfast - what a joke. You could get yogurt, a frozen sausage biscuit, or two hard boiled eggs in a bag. Bagels or muffins in bags. All processed food. Only thing hot was waffles, which I’m unable to eat. I called and spoke with Sarah who answered the phone and explained the situation. She looked up the site and said that yes the site was incorrect. The hotel failed to provide what was represented at booking, and Sarah at the front desk offered onl

I enjoyed the stay there very peaceful and affordable and the staff is accommodating especially having a 70lb German Shepard and hotels aren't keen on letting big dogs stay. The room was clean I didn't have to clean the shower before I took a shower. 1 con I will say is I checked the drawers and the drawer was full of underwear and bras that belonged to someone else meaning housekeeping didn't check that! But it wasn't a deal breaker. The location was good close to everything the town of Lillington has to offer. The atmosphere was calm and cool nobody bothered us they even let us check out at 12pm. Overall I'll stay there again

Positive: "" Negative: The AC Didn't work. The room was 75 degrees. Set it to the lowest setting left for dinner. Came back hour later room was still 75 degrees. Plus the refrigerator didn't have a freezer to put my ice pack in for my insulin. The staff switch my room.

This hotel is in desperate need of major upgrades. The price they charge does not reflect the quality of what you actually receive. The rooms are poorly maintained, the elevators are filthy, and the carpets are stained and worn. Even the walls have multiple mismatched paint colors and visible marks. The TV wasn’t even mounted properly, and the “clean” towels had hair on them. Overall, it was a terrible experience. The only positives were the exterior of the building and the parking area, which were decent. The staff was friendly, but that alone doesn’t make up for the condition of the property. Management really needs to invest in a deep cleaning and a full renovation as soon as possible.

Planned to stay indefinitely, but checking out after one night. I’m in town for a family medical emergency and it’s the only hotel around. At least I got a good night’s sleep, and the Internet works well so I can get some work done. But the room is very dated, the exercise machines are out of order, and marketplace items are cash only. The reason I’m checking out, however, and will make a 15 mile drive to the next hotel, is the bathroom fan doesn’t work and there’s black mold on the walls and ceiling. I can actually feel it in my throat. The fan is old and rusted and the room has been repainted many times. So this is an old problem and management apparently don’t care. The staff are friendly but obviously aware of this problem. It’s also a health code violation so I can’t believe they’re s
