Check-in staff for last-minute travel arrangements was efficient, courteous, compassionate, respectful, friendly, accommodating, and truly human. When I needed to split my payment over two separate credit cards, Cindy was exceptionally kind and said only how glad she was that her manager had taught her how to do it; when I mentioned that my daughter is currently perusing her PhD, she mentioned (and texted me a reminders) that this location accepts graduation reservations one years in advance! Super hotel at a super value with a super convent location to a super SUNY campus!

The rooms and the location were great. My issue was the breakfast, no eggs or fruits when I stayed there on 1/11/26. Had to eat plain waffles, yogurt and cereal. I don’t know what happened but you need to have some sort of protein like eggs and definitely fruits.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms and common areas were very clean, and the building is clearly well maintained. The breakfast was very good and a great start to the day. Everything was in perfect order and there were no complaints. I definitely recommend this hotel

Decent place. Wish the breakfast was open until 11 like most places but it’s only open until 9. Gym was ok. No transport service to the bus, so it’s going to take me an hour to walk. The whole point I booked this place was for the breakfast but it closed too early.
