Media Inn & Suites

I was pretty disappointed with my stay at Media Inn & Suites. While the location is convenient and the front-desk staff were polite, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The room was not very clean — I noticed stains on the linens and the bathroom felt poorly maintained, which made the stay uncomfortable. Many guests have also noted issues with cleanliness and dated facilities. On top of that, the cost felt too high for what you actually get. Considering the cleanliness problems and the older condition of the rooms, it didn’t feel like good value for the money. I’d recommend looking at other nearby hotels that offer better comfort and cleanliness for a similar price.

I stayed here while visiting a friend near Media. The check-in counter is protected by thick glass like you would see in a bank teller's space. It did not start me with a great feeling.||The room was spacious but there were several problems. First, the bathroom has some type of plumbing repair that left a copper water pipe permanently exposed next to the tub. There were also very poorly patched holes in the ceramic tile.||There were any number of hairs in the shower/tub area itself. Also, the bathroom door would not close all the way. There was about a six in gap when it was closed as far as it would move.||The door to the outside really had to be slammed to close tightly. Giving 1 star, since I have too. AWFUL!!!!! The photos on line of the rooms are NOT what the rooms really look like. My Husband and Son stayed there so he could be close to his college interview the following day.... The room was disgusting and completely dirty. Its January and the heat was not turned on in the room, it was so cold the toilet had ice in it. If it wasn't 1am when they checked in, they would have left on the spot. Unfortunately it was a long day and my husband couldn't drive any longer. You are better off sleeping in your car then staying here!

Stayed here to have a place with running water and electricity after a strong storm hit the area. The owner was friendly at check in, and helped guide us to our room… and that’s just about where the positives end. The entire motel is in desperate need of a renovation. Our room reeked of cigarettes, the mattress was covered in burn marks, and the bed wasn’t comfortable. Bathtub was backed up and very slow to drain, but at least the shower and AC unit felt nice. Only stay here if you have no other options, which was our case with the widespread power outages.

Hello I am an abused woman who left my abuser and come to the media inn because I didn't want to put my family and friends in any danger. My family and churches helped me stay there until I was able to get into a shelter. So today my rent was late and he put me out 12/31/24. So I'm sitting out here like a sitting duck. They never cleaned my room never gave me fresh towels or sheets the two weeks I was there. I even cleaned my own room rain came through the window and the floor is sinking in I stayed there so that I wouldn't have to return to him and they were paid between 1200 and 1400 dollars for my stay
