The people at the front desk are amazing. Claudia and James. They are one of the friendliest people I’ve seen in a hotel in a long time. The room was a great size however breakfast could be more diverse with more food items. Coffee was hot and everything was quiet and pleasant other then the location being full of traffic.

Positive: Staff was friendly Negative: My floor in my room had lots of dirt on it. The floors in the elevator for 3 days. There were the same spills on and around the elevator.

Everytime me and my husband stay here we never get disappointed. Rooms are always extremely clean and look like they were just updated our coffee maker in the room was brand new. The front desk is extremely friendly and always happy to help especially Mark and Marlin! 10 outta 10 property

Terrible experience during a family vacation.||When we checked in on the first evening, we noticed a group of people gathered in the lobby watching a movie on the TV. At first, I assumed it was a family reunion or a group just spending time together. However, we later learned from the front desk agent that none of the TVs in the guest rooms were working, and those guests had come down to the lobby because they had no entertainment options in their rooms. Thankfully, the internet was working, so I was able to connect my computer to our room’s TV for entertainment.||The next day, we wanted to do some laundry, but neither our room key nor the digital key would open the laundry room door. I called the front desk to ask why our keys weren’t working. The phone rang six times before someone answe

Overall a good place to stay. Some issues in the past with having hot water in the room. The breakfast is good. Great location.
