MCM Elegante Hotel Beaumont

THE STAFF IS WHAT MAKES THIS PLACE GET 5 STARS! The front desk as well as the waitresses. Sherry the waitress was EXTREMELY nice and very professional. This lady is the prime example of what a professional should be like. She was very very friendly and always made sure we didn’t need anything and if we did need something, she was very fast at getting it at breakfast. MANAGEMENT IF YOUR READING THIS, SHERRY DEF DESERVES A RAISE!!!!! The rooms were extremely dated as well as the rest of the hotel. I don’t know if that’s the vibe or setting their going for or not. I got my king suite for myself and my ole lady. Room was very large. Open lay out. Very nice over all. I would def recommend staying here and I will stay here again in the future

You can tell that at one time this was a really nice hotel. In its current condition it’s just ok. It could definitely use some updates as it is showing its age. The price was decent. As long as you aren’t expecting an Elegant experience you will be satisfied.

Positive: Nice Breakfast. staff very friendly. Hotel employee in the Breakfast area is a treasure, I promise you aren't paying her enough for the good she does for your hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Negative: Needs some up grade in areas.

The room was fine. I stayed on the cabana side and on all 3 floors, the ice machine didn’t work. It was very inconvenient. And then at breakfast, one of the servers was being very petty with my kids. After my daughter got 2 things on her plate at breakfast, she went on to tell her, “you only get one plate of food, you can’t have more than that”. Also she decided to tell her and my other daughter, “you can’t get dressed in the bathrooms”. To which my girls were so confused because they weren’t trying to get dressed in the public bathroom when we have a whole room! 🙄 I wish I would’ve got her name but I didn’t. She’s an older African American lady who was behind the food dishing it out. I really expected more from this hotel.

Beautiful front lobby. However. I think they put us in the old section. Nothing fancy about our room. Comfy beds. They could spend time cleaning the grounds as a first impression. Breakfast was very good. Thank you for the good food and great coffee service.
