This is a good place to lay over a few nights or even Snow Bird. The park is a mix of low income full time residents and seasonal Snow Bird type of RV’ers. $40 a night, cheaper by the week or month, laundry and bath house. Heated pool year around, and Jacuzzi. Surrounded by farm land. Only 1 mile to downtown Yuma. Very quiet park.
Love this place. Quiet. Friendly staff. Wonderful owners that go out of their way to accommodate you. You can have fire pits. Great for happy hour. Has swimming pool, hot tub and exercise room. Surrounded by vegetable fields. Most beautiful sunsets. Our happy place.
Nice cheap place, has a pool and some grassy areas. Our dogs loved the grass
Grateful people well maintained, beautiful views and park. Highly recommend friendly people. God bless!!
Very nice, Mom and Pop RV park. Kept up nicely with amenities. Pool, hot tub grilling area. Nice management.
