I wish that I could give this hotel a ZERO. Checked in Thursday afternoon, thermostat on wall broken. Bathtub stained, surface chipped porcelain rough. Jonathan at front desk changed our r, after the change, he told us” no bathtub seals”. Unable to take a bath. 2 dogs barked consistently from 3 pm until we went to bed. Hotel “management” notified 3 times, she stated that she left a message on the guest’s answering machine. Make sure you bring earplugs if you want peace and quiet. Refrigerator in room balanced on broken tray, each attempt to open the door resulted in everything spilling.Don’t expect clean towels or trash emptied, Friday and Saturday morning we had to speak to the front desk at 3pm to secure towels, we asked housekeeping Saturday morning to refresh everything, she smiled and

If you're in the hospitality business, a good starting point would be ensuring your staff—such as avoiding a tall woman with a black ponytail in prison-like attire who shouts at guests—upholds a welcoming demeanor. Cleanliness should follow as a close second priority. Unfortunately, this hotel feels more like a transitional facility for former inmates than a proper lodging establishment. I'd recommend skipping it altogether and opting to sleep in your car instead. *******Update... Whoever responded to this review I suggest you secret shop your property, have someone walk in and see how they are treated. I do not seem to be the only person on here expressing concerns ******

The owners are hostile. I pulled up about to go in and see about a room. I decided to take a quick smoke break. I let my service animal use the restroom. Immediately within 30 seconds of exiting my vehicle, the hospitality committee of this establishment, met me in the parking lot to tell me that they knew I wasn't a guest and that I needed to vacate the premises and that my service animal is not welcome. If you are willing to pay their price, be aware, they violate ADA guidelines and will greet you with a nasty welcome. I hope you choose wisely when deciding if you'd like to stay here. I guess this hotel is NOT FOR ME OR MY SERVICE ANIMAL. Thank you for being a rude person who turned away your business.

Check in at the last minute, around 9:30 the previous night. We understand that the hotel is under renovation. Room cleanliness and bed are decent, however, I noticed the strong smell of mold as soon as we entered. I saw some mold in the bathroom, and the toilet does not flush. As we stayed longer, the smell of mold was getting stronger, especially when we adjusted the fan on the AC, hoping that it would mask the smell of the mold. Obviously, it does not work, and we end up leaving around past midnight. The receptionist was a bit rude when I told her the problem. She told me that if I’m looking to get refunded, she is not authorized to do it and that I should call the manager by Monday. I told her I’m not asking for a refund, but to notify you of the problem. Do NOT book this hotel. This place is unbelievably overpriced for what it offers. We had to stop in the middle of the night without a reservation, and while I appreciate that they were able to give us a room, the experience was honestly terrible. The moment we walked in, the room smelled moldy and damp. The lamps were dirty, the walls were stained, and everything just felt neglected and unclean. For a room that cost $140, the condition was absolutely unacceptable. Me and my boyfriend stayed for only about five hours because we honestly couldn’t stand being there any longer. It was uncomfortable, stressful, and absolutely not worth the money. Save your time, save your money — book somewhere else
