Marriott Bonvoy

I had a reservation but they changed me to a smaller room. What is the point of a reservation if they refuse to honor it? The toilet paper holder is literally on top of the toilet. Who made that ridiculous decision? It is not because of the ADA. The only good thing is how they handle the television. I've never seen one work better in a hotel. Everyone else should buy the same system.

Easy check-in and out. Quiet and accommodating (extra towels, bedding, toiletries, etc.) Complimentary breakfast. No cots, but they do have cribs. The outdoor pool only opens during the summer.

Wonderful experience. Clean, Great Customer Service and Cleanliness. I was just there a few days ago I was staying there and I have been battling cancer and the staff bent their back over backwards to ensure that I was well and my health was stable. 😇🫡😇Honorary Staff.

I wasn't a member of a hotel/airline rewards program. So I signed up for Marriott Bonvoy Rewards Program. Being new to Bonvoy program, I only knew how to EARN POINTS. Now, I see I am HIGHLY restricted when REDEEMING my POINTS. Turns out their hotels/resorts limit the "type" of room(s) you may redeem your points. Most Bonvoy hotels/resorts ONLY allow you to use your rewards points on its LOW END ROOMS. The hotels/resorts DON'T allow members to redeem rewards points towards high end, guest rooms & suites 🙄. Bonvoy members CAN'T redeem rewards points towards a guest room with a BETTER VIEW or LARGER SPACE, such as suites. So to use Marriott Bonvoy rewards points, you are EXTREMELY LIMITED in the "type" of room you may redeem rewards points. Why 🤔 If I am WRONG, I welcome Marriott B

Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Just wish the pool was open, but considering it was October (but still 96 degrees outside), that doesn't warrant a star reduction.
