Marlin Inn

It's a cheap place owned by a cheapskate who only wants your money and doesn't care about anything else. If you have no money and no where to go, use these place as your last resort. There are several other motels who are cheap but whose service is 10x better. As well as much cleaner than here.

This place is really bad.i stayed there once and the manager felt it was his right to decide what was trash and what was worth keeping.they guys there would prawel through your things. They wanted cash so. didn't have to claim on taxes. Bragged about renting rooms out by the hour.drugs were rampet. I just called for someone and they answer the phone " yea who is this" Needs to be sold to new owner and cleaned up.

This place is amazing with the old fountain with rich mineral water flowing freely to collect in personal containers. Needs a bit of a tidy up around the area for public appeal.

I stayed here for a week alone with my chiwa babies and felt safe at all times. Being a woman that says alot. Every one I encountered was just as friendly as you could ask for. I even made friends with several other residents. My stay was everything I wanted and needed it to be. If ever in this part of Texas again, I know exactly where I will stay!!! The Marlin Inn. Thanks for everything guys!!! Yes, girls do hunt too!!! Haha.

I stayed here a while back for a visit to my girlfriend while she was graduating high school. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms nice and clean.
