Christine was beyond helpful and showed me some of the best customer service I have experienced. After a questionable and frustrating experience with my local Volkl dealer and being left unsatisfied, I reached out to the USA distribution center (this place), and they were more than willing to listen to my issues and assist me with my ski warranty. Excellent customer service and a good company that stands behind their product. Would recommend.
Nope, no longer there, still a 603 number but now in Bellevue WA. Nothing Voikl here, only a daycare, showed up this morning looking for help and nada
