Days Inn by Wyndham Lebanon/Hanover

I read from one reviewer there was a problem with the receptionist, Robin, a few months back. She, for us, was perfectly fine in every way. In fact I called at 9:30am the day we were to arrive and got her on the phone asking if it was possible we could get our room at 11am because we were arriving early. No problem whatsoever with making our request. She was perfectly fine in every way to make our stay here "five stars." Our room was spacious with accommodations, including a safe (which I did use), microwave and small fridge. Comfortable king size bed - clean sheets. All very good for the price. We couldn't get our phones to cooperate with the Wifi, but what the hey - we just used the Verizon satellite....no big deal. We will be back. Affordable. Said hello to the gentleman who wa

When we first got there we were a little confused as to why we had to go through a car dealership to get to the hotel. When we got inside we were greeted by the front desk agent and he was outstanding! He answered all our questions, had a big smile, and you could tell he loved his job. Our room was nice. It was a little humid upon entering, but was resolved quite quickly. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was small, but very nice, and the people were fantastic! Would definitely stay there again!

I really enjoyed my stay! Dog friendly, wonderful customer service, the breakfast was much better than I had experienced at any chain before, and the room was huge. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it. The layout of the front lobby and balcony staircase are welcoming and endearing as well.

HUGE room for the price, and the room was clean. The bathroom was clean and fairly recently updated. There's no elevator and the place could use a few upgrades, but I loved having a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Friendly staff and a decent breakfast. I'd definitely recommend it!

I have stayed one night at this motel 7-8 years ago. I still can’t forget one of the lady at the front desk. When I had a breakfast a lady from the front desk yelled at me to flip over waffle machine. I didn’t know how to use that waffle machine so it took a few seconds to notice how to flip it. She just yelled at me and the other customer near me helped me. Is she a racist or just unkind person? I still can’t forget that moment. The room was spacious but old and smell not good. I will never ever recommend this place to the other person. The cheaper the worse.
