Margaritaville Resort Gatlinburg

We had an excellent stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed our overall experience. The location was outstanding, and the property was beautiful, well maintained, and very comfortable. Our room was spacious and inviting, and the staff throughout the hotel was professional, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcome from start to finish, specially Ilker at the restaurant was always very nice. The only downside during our stay was the housekeeping service. While the bed was made daily and towels were replaced, the room was not vacuumed, the bed was not made thoroughly, and the bathroom was not cleaned during our stay. Despite this, our experience was still very positive, and we would recommend this hotel. With some improvement in housekeeping consistency, the stay would be truly flawles

They are simply amazing. Every. Single. Person. The service was top notch. In a major snow storm. The kind that the employees couldn't get home. The kind where the staff were working double shifts. The kind that required a complete pivot on a outside wedding. The staff were all still so kind and so nice and had smiles on their faces. I would highly recommend staying here.

This place truly exceeded expectations. Everything from the common areas to the rooms was spotless. The housekeeping staff were polite and always willing to help. One staff member from Mountain Top Cleaning and Maintenance stood out for being quick, respectful, and thorough. It’s clear a lot of care goes into maintaining the property. Add to that the beautiful views and calm atmosphere, and it makes for a very relaxing stay.

Rooms were clean,staff was super nice! I enjoyed a hot stone massage with Diana=absolutely AMAZING. She took her time and did a wonderful job. I also had a Manicure at St somewhere Spa with Stacey. She was very easy to talk to and I loved the finished look of my nails. Can’t wait to book our next stay and visit the spa again.

We stayed here for a family trip and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect, the facilities were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for families!
