Marco Naples

This is our fifth season at Marco Naples. We love the location and good friends we have made here. The new manager Susan Lawrenz is a very friendly and accommodating manager and has the park's best interests at heart. This has been a wonderful season full of fun activities and good memories being made. The park has been very well maintained this year. A huge improvement. The overall atmosphere has been excellent.

Been coming here for many years. The new manager Susan has really made a big difference in the park. She has diligently worked on the appearance of the park and has showed her love for this community. We will definitely continue to come back.

We’ve been here five years now as snowbirds and let me tell you! This year, this is the place to be! Management is wonderfull, park is clean and very friendly! As a Canadian, I feel just like home! Activities, nice pool, outdoor pavillon, great for events or parties so don’t waste anytime come to Marco Naples and live the experience! 🌴☀️🌴☀️

We have been winter residents at Marco Naples for 6 years. Our management has been very poor until this year when we have a new manager. Before Susan Lawrence came to Marco Naples our community was in distress- nothing was taken care of as far as the older homes, the grounds. We did not have entertainment as we were used to. The maintenance people would be here one day then gone the next. Susan has changed our community for the better- she listens to the people who live here. Our maintenance man does a terrific job! We have been thinking about selling because we were so unhappy about management but now we are looking forward to better years here.

The service from the g m susan lawrence has been outstanding. She is a great manager and is very accommodating to client requests. I would highly recommend this park for its location to restaurants and shopping and of course the fabulous Marco Island beaches.
