Mango Tango Estate

This place was cute as a button and I couldn't wait to use the pool, which was beautiful! Our hours to use the pool were supposed to be from 8 am to 6 pm. You could see some weather damage to the lanai. That didn't phase me, but the big, black shepherd looking dog sure did! It tried to go through the screened door. This was at 230 pm, well within our time to use the pool, but that was a hard no after that! Luckily there was a lady there to grab its collar. Also, the bed is tiny. My husband had to sleep crosswise on it and he's only 6 ft tall. That meant I had to sleep on the couch. The pull out mattress is also beyond lumpy and you could feel all the metal from the couch. So much for a romantic getaway for us oldsters! There is a rooster on site, but that didn't bother us as we have 5

A good private, quiet spot. This is a personal property rv hookup spot, with its own pier and access to beautiful Lake Ariana. We spent 2 nights here on a cross country trip. A rooster crowed each morning starting at 4:00 am, but since I had earplugs and a noise machine I was able to go back to sleep. Only 15 minutes from relatives in Lakeland. The host was friendly, even offered a mango from his tree! Glad we chose to stay here.

Just make sure you know that they have roosters. Loud roosters. Loud, early-morning roosters. 3:00 am roosters. Also, know it’s a back yard so you’re not secluded or away from civilization. Internet is spotty at best in the RV but good out by the fire pit. The bed in the RV is extremely comfortable. The host is very friendly.

This is a very well managed and maintained facility. It's family owned since the 70's.
