Laundry is a scam. First of all you can't play with a card at the washers or dryers. Then the desk only takes cash and there is no atm on premises. This could all be forgiven if the dryer didn't cost $4 and output damp clothes. For $4 I could probably cook a chicken in most laundromat dryers. For $4 my clothes should have been hot to the touch upon the cycle ending. Running an underpowered dryer so people have to run it twice is insane at a hotel. It should not cost $12-16 to do 1 load of laundry especially if Im paying with quarters.

Easily one of the worst stays I’ve had in a hotel in a while , granted I had no choice in it since my company was covering the stay but wow. Yellow stains on bedding , hair trimmings on the bed sheet , rusted out kitchen supplies , random toilet paper ball in shower? Feel like cleanliness shout be a priority at a minimum but this place failed at that too . Staff was friendly though .

I am providing this feedback regarding my recent stay, during which I encountered several challenges that impacted my experience. We were not made aware of the elevator being out of service when we made our reservation online. Upon check-in, we learned that we would need to climb three flights of stairs to reach our room. My wife, who recently injured her knee, struggled significantly with this, leading to swelling. To make matters worse, when we needed ice for her knee, we discovered that the only ice machine was located on the first floor, requiring another climb up the stairs. I hope you take this feedback into account for future guest experiences.

Rooms are clean and spacious, no one was manning the desk when we arrived, missing for at least 20 minutes that I'm aware of. It's not much in the way of breakfast. If your looking for coffee and toast then you're in luck. The one star service rate is due to lack of employees at check in and unattended breakfast area, empty milk container, empty syrup, extremely runny waffle batter and no non stick spray, had to trash the end product

Checked in and my first room was 201 so walking in my bed looked like it had been used pillows and pillow cases were wrinkled hair all over the bedding. I decided to take off the bed sheets and the mattress was EXTREMELY yellow stained as well ass the pillows. Then I noticed bed bugs!!!!! I asked to be moved to a different room. I get to second 302 and there was old throw up on the carpet, food crumbs, dirty towels behind the fridge. Woke up yo bed bugs on the bedding again. Extremely dirty place
