MainStay Suites Las Vegas Convention Center

Reception was very nice. But never been to place so dirty ( especially Hall way) like this. The door handle was broken. I know I have selected inexpensive place to stay just a night. However I have stayed other places with same prices, it was much more cleaner.

Disgusting, dirty garments found in the bottom drawer and it fell apart no utensils to accommodate the amenities. They offer dirty stove bugs on the ceiling dust and people outside smoking marijuana. Yes I understand Nevada is illegal. But that is a non-Smoking property I wish I could post photos . did not unpacked complained refuse to refund any money nonrefundable so if you’re willing to give up $300 for a disgusting place that’s the spot. Photos online are deceiving don’t book until you get there. Don’t pay until you actually view a room. also, I booked this on Expedia and now they have this off of their website that thing is they refuse to return any of my money so at this point after reviewing other reviews, I will be reaching out to the health department of Nevada Expedia wasn’t work

As soon as we got into our room on the first night, we could smell cigarette smoke and this smell persisted in our room & in public areas inside throughout our entire stay. The hotel was overall dirty and staff were incredibly rude and aggressive. On the day we were checking out, one of the staff women walked up to our door and accused us of smoking even though it had smelled like that the entire time. I tried to explain politely that it had been that way and that neither me nor my wife smoke cigarettes or anything else. The staff lady got very aggressive and rude and said she was taking our entire deposit + charging us an additional fee. I want my money back.

The front desk girls are terrific. Ina was such a comfort helping me while my husband was in the hospital. Angelic was so kind. Great location for Sunrise hospital. Thank you

This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The advertised rate online was over $100 per night, yet the receipt I was given clearly showed $85 for the same stay. Despite that, I was still charged the higher amount. It feels dishonest, and I strongly suspect guests are being overcharged without realizing it. The room itself was in terrible condition. The floorboards were peeling up, and the bathroom was filthy when we arrived. There’s clearly no effort being made to maintain or clean the rooms properly. For what they charge, the quality is absolutely unacceptable. The customer service only made things worse. After realizing I had left an item behind, I called to arrange to have it shipped to me at my own expense. The person claiming to be the manager refused, cit
