MainStay Suites Extended Stay Hotel Casa Grande

Worst room I have ever stayed in. Very strong smell of bleach, bleach does not clean, room was so dirty. Crickets had a field day all night and I killed the first roach in less than five minutes of checking in. I left every light on in the room to try and keep the bugs in the cracks. What I hope was dog hair was all over the furniture. Bed seemed clean and comfortable, but I couldn’t sleep, showered at 4am to go sit in a Dennys rather than suffer any more in that room.

I had a great stay at MainStay Suites. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The property was clean, welcoming, and clearly cared for. The manager was absolutely awesome—friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, which made the stay even better. I also appreciated that the hotel is dog-friendly, which made traveling with pets stress-free. It was great to see the property being freshly painted as well, showing their commitment to upkeep and improvement. Overall, a clean, friendly place with great management. I would definitely stay here again.

The assistant manager Hyde has incredible customer service and is the nicest person I have met while staying in hotels.( I travel a lot for work)She made the check in and out process the smoothest. If I ever need to stay in Casa Grande AZ and if she is still here just based on her I will stay at mainstays. Also clean rooms great AC hot water for showers. None of that compares to the top notch service Hyde provided. Give that young lady a raise haha. EDIT I met the manager Wendy today and she also has great customer service. I appreciate how friendly she is and how well she manages her hotel. Shout out to the cleaning staff as they kept the room clean and the sheets changed as well. Give all these young lady’s a raise 😂.

Our room was so large!!! Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Beds so comfortable. Staff is friendly, professional and very helpful. EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN!!!! Will be back

Unless you are a construction worker looking for a place to lay your head, you do not want to stay here. This hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade, and the rooms are gross. The walls are stained. The grout in the bathroom is disgusting. The sheets are dingy. I slept in my clothes on top of the covers. I was there for 7 hours. (as short of time as possible). At 1am when I checked in, I debated on leaving or sleeping in my truck, but I was exhausted and didn't know where to go. There was hair in my shower, and urine on the toilet ring. That is just poor housekeeping. But the other issues are poor management. Put some paint on the walls. Buy some sheets. Hire a company to steam the grout. Just because a place is old, doesn't mean it also has to be neglected. My room was not cheap. If you
