I would love to give this charming hotel 5 start but I can't. Let me say upfront that this isn't the fault of the hotel actually but of its location. I'll get to that in a moment. The hotel is easy to find, check-in was very simple and parking moderately convenient (though you do get to be in the garage so BONUS!). The front desk staff could not have been more polite and accommodating. The decor is gorgeous and I found myself walking around taking many, many photos. The room itself was lovely with beautiful appointments and a very comfy bed. Here's my reason for not including the 5th star - i swear our room was literally on the freeway or train tracks depending on the time of day. The noise was constant and overwhelming...unless you like a lot of traffic noise in which case make sure you
We just stayed at Main Street Station for the first time. We honestly didn’t expect much but were pleasantly surprised. Our room was lovely, the service both at the hotel and casino was exemplary. We ate at the Triple 7 brewery and the buffet and both were very good. We will definitely be back any time we’re in Vegas.
Spent four nights at Main Street Station 1 to 5 March. First day there was no service despite following their posted rules. Went to desk the following morning asking about clean towels, was told that housekeeping would bring them. Later learned housekeeping didn't start until 9am and worked check outs first. Final found housekeeper and received towels. Excuse was they were under staffed. Did not receive services after 3rd night. Not sure how this is responsible customer service. Personal at front desk are rude with little respect for those staying at the hotel. After checking out realized that had left a pair of ibuds and called front desk. When contact went by to ask the front desk knew nothing and was of little help. Eventually room was searched but this was after the bed had been strip
I was a little worried when I exited the freeway and immediately found myself driving through a large homeless encampment. However, it was confined to that one block. The hotel itself does not have homeless hanging outside or milling around. There is a parking garage, but if your vehicle is taller than 68” you won’t be able to use it. Instead, you’ll have to park in the immediate adjacent covered spaces (none available when we got there at 10:00); but there’s another outdoor lot that was never full on the other side of the hotel- accessible by foot by either walking through the casino or outside about ½ block. Your hotel room key will get you in and out of the outdoor lots and garage.Hotel staff and security are very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean, but I have asthma so walkin
Really a beautiful Hotel/Casino. I had a very nice stay! The rooms are ok. Basic. For some reason (money) they don't have coffee makers or microwaves in the room. Very few hotels I looked at before booking had refrigerators! I booked this place because it did have a fridge. I'm a diabetic and I need one available. Everything in Vegas is outrageously pricey now. Coffee at the he bar (small Styrofoam cup $3.00). There are NO free buffets anymore! The one at Main Street Station Hotel is $25 each. They say it's a nice one but we decided to pay as little as necessary for food. So we walked to Fremont st. to eat. Denny's was close and good. Money was for fun and gambling!😀
