Magnolia Motel Donaldsonville - St. James

I would recommend staying there Mr D is a nice guy and willing to help how ever he can when I go back there to work at energy transfer tank farm I will stay there again there's no bugs or roaches at all very clean motel I stayed in room 11 and was very roomy for me I give it a 8 out of 10 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯♥️♥️♥️♥️

It's a good motel for the price. Owner, manager is a great guy. Rooms are clean motel has been full for the 10 days I've been here. It's not the Hilton but it's great for a retired Master Sergeant of MARINES. Come stay while your in town. I personally recommend it Hoo Ha !!!

I stayed here 2 nites and was very comfortable. The desk clerk was polite and helpful with my reservation. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The WiFi and tv had cable. There was no noise I was able to sleep comfortable. The bed linens clean and crisp, bathroom had nice large towels. The comforter was new and updated. Overall would advise anyone to stay here. Safe location.

Pay the extra money for a nicer room. 1st room had black mold growing in the ac, old condoms and wrappers on the TV Stand along with old pistachios, and the place smelled horrible. Guy asked if I would switch to another room, same nightmare different room. 2nd room had black mold in the ac, cobwebs around the ceiling and when I pulled the sheets back two spiders ran off the pillows. Gabe me a refund only after I threatened to call the health department. Remember, you get what you pay for.

Hotel doesn't look like much from the outside. But it's a really good hotel. Clean and relaxing and affordable.
