The only hotel in area we needed to be, rates were great! Front desk manager was a jewel..guests were friendly really enjoyed the stay. Big clean well appointed rooms with kitchenette...I will be back

we stayed here because there was a crowd in town for the holiday. staff was friendly and made us feel welcome, and special. rooms were spacious and clean, very comfortable, very safe with inside hallway access. Queen sized bed is sufficient for us, but might be an issue for others. ||the reservation process is "manual," but they were accommodating to our requests and needs. this could lead to misunderstanding about room requests and dates needed. may be helpful to request an email to confirm dates, etc.||Buffet breakfast is limited, but there is fresh brewed Community Coffee available early every morning!||if we were going back for MCCA Mardi Gras, we would try to get rooms here!

Recently my kids was in town for their fathers funeral. Sorry to say the room was not cleaned good. The bathroom especially had urine stains on the commode seat,toilet bowl not cleaned. Sorry to say my kids was not happy. Had to check out and find a place to stay.

For the location I would definitely recommend. The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars was for the fact the wifi was no good. Other than that rooms are clean and plenty of room if you need a place to stay with family. Clerk desk are also super friendly

The stay was excellent. From the lady Who checked us in the was very friendly. Room service brought us blankets at 3am because we got in late that night. They took pictures of my husband and I when we didn’t have anyone else to hold our phone take pics. Room service was friendly with everything they brought us. The rooms were very clean, and the rooms are big nice suits. Best place to stay in Bogalusa Louisiana. Stayed in room 218 over this past weekend, while attending a funeral a much needed stay with great hospitality.
