Apartments are fairly nice. The landlord is slow to fix anything and the small space around it is cluttered with junk like Sanford and sons. the driveway is also a wreck and you can smell what seems to be raw sewage coming from the back apartments.
My son has an apartment here and it really isn't that bad. For a family starting out, it's perfect. I definitely recommend if you're single or just starting out.
Quick and easy place to stay. Definitely could be long term if you like it.
