Madison Hotel Montgomery

I'm here at the hotel today it was a very unbelievable experience I had my confirmation information from my email that I was told by the agent the price I had on my card was the only amount I would be charged but after arriving I would need to pay for parking which was $28 for Friday and Saturday but it was a nightmare when I got here first my account was going to be charged $393. Something because I didn't get any information from the transaction and it gets worse I go to the room 318 it was so disscoustin I went back to the clerk and explained how the bed railings looked like a dog chewed them up then there was the table that was peeling up word no refrigerator or microwave lady bugs were all threw the room so they moved me it had so much thick dust on the lamps I had to use hand wash cl

Overcharged and no help to me. The room was messy even after asking to get it cleaned and stepping on glass!!! My room had a microwave that i was nervous to use due to it being dirty and cracked on the inside! The whole room smelled like rotten eggs and sulfer, and staff said they were sorry but couldn't do anything! If I would not have ended up being out so much money I would have left after the second night! Staff was unhelpful except for the gentleman who worked at the bar. I would not recommend staying here! I have no idea how they have 5 stars after this visit.

The newly renovated hotel is now called, "Double Tree". It is at the same location in the same building structure. Double Tree hotel has a fresher look and its environment is so relaxing and cozy. It just makes you feel like you are in another world. You won't regret reserving a room there for a couple of nights!! :D
