Madison Hotel

I like this place, the location is perfect to explore all of downtown within a walking distance. Bars, clubs, restaurants,stores, riding a scooter in the bike lane is so convenient when there is lots of traffic you get to move faster whit a scooter. And just like the beauty in art is in the eye of the view holder is kind of the same with the way you like to live if you're clean and your room is clean you will find no cockroaches and no bugs. Is up to you to enforce the hygiene. I've been here for almost two years and I don't have bugs in my room. And sure some people are mentally sick but tell me of a place where there's none. Other than that you treat everyone with respect and you'll get the same energy back.

Great experience here. Convenient, super clean, friendly staff, everything I want from a hotel. Would definitely come back here.

I been living here over 10yrs and with three different owners and I would say the second owner probably was somewhat the best but still cheap. Now the AHF which is the Aides Health Fondation they is taking all that free money from donation and the government and making g millions and millions and the service we receive from the staff is poor. Roaches, flies,Nats, and what ever these other bugs they have flying around here. The community bathrooms has blackwood painted over, The Elevator breaks down probably 5 to 10 times a month. They have a lot of seniors citizens who lives here who slip on the steps. I had a friend name boom boom he slip and hit his head and died a week later. They or required to supply the rest room here toilet paper. We have twenty two rest room and none of them had

The pricing is very cheap. Up to $400/ month for a small room and a sink. Basically, you share a bathroom with all tenants on each floor. In many cases, there is no bathroom paper, the window stays open that other tenants can see and take pictures from other windows while you are using the bathroom. I know, I catch one with a camera and the management will not do anything about it. Bathrooms are nasty, feces on walls, floors or on the toilet seat. Other problems are the roaches and bed bugs running around. The female staff are nice, but those two guys, Fernando and one of the managers, David are very rude, discriminating against women, especially white women. I got to see their nasty behavior which is not acceptable. I am not sure if that has anything to do with religion, but thos
