LY New York Hotel

I recently stayed at Ly New York Hotel for three days and had a truly wonderful experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. Overall, both the service and the environment exceeded my expectations. I would gladly choose to stay here again in the future. Great and peaceful place to stay. Just love this hotel.

Having stayed at many major chain hotels and a few independent ones in New York City, I can confidently say this hotel is in a league of its own. Excluding the rare stays at $500+ luxury properties, this is, without a doubt, the best hotel I’ve used anywhere! The room was spotless and refreshingly modern. I was particularly impressed by the amenities, which included thoughtful touches like slippers and even a heated towel rack. The room felt spacious, a rarity for New York City mid range hotels. The price point makes this hotel an absolute steal! It offers incredible value for the money. For all my future trips to New York City, this will be my first choice for a place to stay.

I stumbled upon LY New York Hotel at the very last minute, and I’m so happy that I did! The hotel is located in the College Point section of Queens, New York—about 8 miles from LaGuardia Airport, which cost around $25 by Lyft.||The property was clean, modern, and very inviting. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. My room was a good size for New York standards. I had reserved a room with two queen beds, although the beds seemed slightly smaller than a standard queen—perhaps closer to a full size—but still comfortable enough for two people each. The bedding was cozy and very comfortable, and I slept great.||Overall, my stay was pleasant, welcoming, and well worth the price. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Queen

Positive: The hotel room was great! It was nice having the towel warmer and the shower was amazing. Parking was free which is rare in NYC. Negative: I did not like that when I called down to the front office it was always a busy signal so if we needed anything we had to go all the way downstairs to ask. Also we did not like that the TV was behind the door which had to be closed before we could watch.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The front desk team was consistently friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests.
