Extended Stay America Suites- New York City - LaGuardia Airport

I made the mistake of staying there twice after having a bad experience the first time. The entire place is filthy and smells from the moment you walk in. Both rooms I stayed in smelled horrible like mold and garbage. Roaches in the bathroom and in the hallways. I brought a black light with me and the sheets and pillows all had stains on them and were not washed properly. There was urine in the elevator from other guests dogs. You can tell that this place is also being used as a shelter as there are some sketchy people staying there as well. Extended stay had the nerve to charge $121 a day plus $20 a day for parking to stay in a glorified dingy motel. DEFINITELY not staying there again even if it was free. I can still smell the nasty smell on my clothes from that place.

This is a budget hotel. The rooms are quite clean and tidy but older. People seem to live here so there are animals in rooms which causes some noise. The fire alarm kept going off all night which removed all sleep. Breakfast is just a coffee stand and packet muffins.

AIRPORT PARKING ONLY - We had a great experience leaving our car the ESAS-LGA for one week. The front deskman was super polite and helpful and the driver was on-time both ways and equally professional and courteous. He kept it professional in his demeanor, driving, and choice of music. We will be using this service again. The check-in/out was super quick and easy, no issue with our car.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Found a red piece of hair in the bathroom sink. The rooms do not smell clean.

A very comfortable and nice experience! They gave us the space and tools me and my family needed to spend the Christmas holidays here at the best. Sure, some small things lacking like the usual broken light that could not turn on, but everything else besides those, it was a great experience. Miralba and the other guy helped me a lot during the check-in and check-out, helping us in everything we needed. I will definitely be thinking about this place and the hotel's name the next time my family be thinking of staying here for a while!
