The hotel was good for what we needed. Somethings within the room like lamp had tears. I did reservation using trip.com so it seems like they were able to get us a room but not own by MGM. I wanted to do a late check out and it was impossible to contact the owner and it seems like some of the suites are own by individuals and not by the MGM hotel. And the process to try to get late checkout was sketchy. Never got a phone answer, only a message indicating that needed to send cc information to an email. Super sketchy as they wouldn’t allow trip.com to do this booking for me. But overall location was good. Everything else was a good experience.

This "hotel" is a condo tower attached to the MGM but managed by Jet Luxury Resorts. Overall, this place felt shabby and lacked good hospitality. Our studio room looked worn with dings and stains on doors, furniture, carpet, and walls. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The front desk staff would not let us check in until 3pm on the dot (even at 2:45, we were told to wait), which was really bizarre. It seems they are strict about not allowing early check ins, not even by 15 minutes, wven when the room is ready. In many years of travels, we have never encountered such a rule! The pool/hot tub closed at 4pm, so we were unable to use it as we were out and about all day. The TV didn't work properly. The pros of this place are the Starbucks in the lobby, the fact that there is no casino/

Walked in to the room that smelled like someone prepared seafood the night before. That was my impression. The next day I stepped out of bed and missed my house shoes then realized the floor was wet and a foul smell came from the left side of the bed. We had already unpacked and settled in to switch rooms. For 4 nights we only got 2 sets of bathroom linen. We didn't want to pay the $30 for extras. The location was perfect. We were able to walk through the hotel to reach the casino and other popular casinos on the strip.

This is one of the best rooms we have gotten in vegas in a very long time. It is not on the strip, but for the price. The place is spotless. The rooms are awesome. The views are awesome with balconies. We were overlooking the airport all the way around to the sphere, on the 21st floor. It was amazing. We really look forward to coming back here. for the price,The quality of the room and service and location. It's the best deal we believe in Vegas. I mean the rooms are beautiful with kitchens. Full size fridge 2 bathrooms jetted tubs for 2. You name it.

If negative stars were an option, this place definitely deserves them. Why? The room was filthy, windows and mirrors and carpeting have not been cleaned in years, every door was covered in black fingerprints carpet worn out, neither TV worked, one phone didn't work, and the most outrageous problem was that someone entered the room without authorization, tampered with food, spilled it all over the kitchen floor, and stole a bottle of wine. LSI customer service was unavailable and unresponsive to messages throughout the visit, so MGM had to facilitate communication with them. My reservation included late check out, and LSI tried to deny it, but the room key still worked, and security allowed access through the gate late in the afternoon of the last day of the stay.
