Lucky U Ranch

This is such a great place to camp with the family. The owners are very nice and the campground is top rated on Hip Camp. They have both big primitive campsites and electric hook ups for campers. There are hiking trails, goats, mini horses, donkeys, pigs, turkeys, and more. There are clean bathrooms and hot showers. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful.

I highly recommend this place. Amazing property and outstanding hosts!!! Came here on a last minute, get out of town, decompress getaway. The site (Hobbit Hole) was absolutely amazing!!! Open space with plenty of privacy. Horses and donkeys chilling. Amenities are top notch. We forgot ketchup but there was some at the open kitchen where we could wash some pots and pans. The bathrooms and showers are nicer than my own house lol! We had a great time. Thank you Rob and Mike!

What a place. It deserves 10 stars instead of 5. Lucky U Rach, is a wonderful place to stay for camping and enjoying nature. They have 3 trails to walk. And the most amazing thing about the Rach is that they have animals to pet. We camped in a tent and woke up surrounded by horses, and donkeys. They also have showers, bathrooms, and an area where you can use a microwave, coffee maker, and sink. The farm is so well-maintained. The people are kind and nice. They even brought some carrots to my daughters so they could feed the horses. Their prices are super accessible. We have a site with water and electricity. If you are looking for a place to camp this is the spot.

We found a little slice of heaven at Lucky U Ranch. This was our first Hip Camp private camping experience and it blew our socks off! The amenities met all of our camping needs and everything was immaculate. The kids loved petting the free-roaming friendly animals and the hiking trails. The owners were so kind and hospitable. They brought us around their farm to see all of their lovely animals: donkey’s, horses (mini and big), dogs, pigs, goats (including adorable 3 week old babies) and more! The memories made here are priceless and we already can’t wait to go back!

Best camping we have ever done! Amazing spot with hosts that are equally amazing! Wonderful farm animals, spread out campsites, kitchen, hot, shower toilets, picnic benches with table cloths, and every amenity you could think about. Great place to go even if you do nothing but hang out at the campsite, though there is a ton to do in the area.
