Loyalty Inn

This is a terrible place to stay. My daughter couldnt sleep due to spiders. The door frame was broken. We couldn't use the chain on the door. The toilet chain in the back was broken. I had to fix it myself. The housekeeping was not done. There were old fries on the floor. Toilet paper and the holder was on the floor. The room smelled like weed. The mirror was dirty. The walls were very nasty. The door look like someone busted through it. I clean shower so my daughter could shower. The water got cold after a min of being in there. Worst hotel ever.I do not recommend this hotel to no one.

So this place is not adjacent to anything. It's not the W in Montreal, or the Montreal Sheraton (my fave hotel), BUT it was clean. The service was impeccable. I enjoyed my stay. No IG photos, but very solid.

I knew from the Google listing that this was not what you would call a nice hotel, and that's okay. I'm not offended by old carpet and outdated furniture. What set me off was that I spent $87 (at least $20 over priced in my opinion) to sleep with BED BUGS! 🤬 If I would have seen them the night we arrived, I would have demanded a refund and slept in my vehicle. Unfortunately, I didn't see them until the morning so I am just hoping that none hitched a ride on me or my 2 young kids. Also, I couldn't even leave my car running in front of the hotel without the smell of cigarettes coming through my vents. 🤢 I imagine junkies are what keeps this place in business. My advice: if you're in Louisa and need a place to stay, you're better off parking at a church and sleeping in your car.

There's a terrible smell, the heat barely works, the room is filthy. I'm afraid to lay in the bed. They changed $89 for me to sit here till morning with my coat and boots on. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Motel is an older facility but the room that we stayed in was very clean and the outer appearance is neat/tasteful. The front desk staff was both friendly and helpful. If you are needing a 1-2 night place to stay/sleep I would recommend this motel. If you are planning a longer stay, I suggest you ask for one of their larger rooms. We had a queen bed room and it felt a little cramped at times...bathroom size was fine.
