My wife & I and 5 children were passing thru and needed 3 nights to stay. Quiet park, all lots reserved but still surprisingly peaceful. Miss Alice is an amazing host. Happy 80th birthday, God bless you!

Love how quiet and peaceful it is. They have a laundry room. No frills or glamping going on here. Just real taste of Texas country. Behind the park there is cow's grazing. Plenty of area to walk your dogs. Not to mention the office lady is friendly. She makes you feel comfortable and at home. Plus right next door is one of the best BBQ places to eat. It's right off hwy 6 East access to 290 East or west. Close to Brenham where you can tour Blue Bell ice cream factory. Chappel Hill has antiques and meat market. So close to bluebonnets for amazing pictures. Navasota and Bryan College Station is north on Hwy6. It's just a beautiful place to unwind from the chaos.

We absolutely loved our stay here at this park. My children loved the park manager, who was always so polite. My husband speaks Spanish and English and Mrs. Alice took it upon herself to learn some words in Spanish. It was so sweet, and a beautiful thought. Really an All American Park everyone seems welcome here. Everyone in the park is as sweet as can be. However if your a trouble maker they make sure to let you know this isn't the right place for you. Even a few police man live in the park every now and then while we stayed. Makes you feel extra safe. Thanks for our stay for 3 years while we saved for our house. ❤️🥰

I’ve lived here about a year. I work in Houston during the week and live in Oklahoma. The tenants are great. They look out for each other. If you are working on anything they show up to offer help. The park manager Alice is friendly and helpful. I’m not here on the weekends but I hear some of them bbq and play corn hole and Everyone is welcome. It’s like having a park family. Good value and you can’t put a price on having real neighbors while away from home.

This park is amazing it's small quite and they ppl are so nice. Everyone is friendly with each other and trusts everyone to the point they can leave their cars unlocked unheard of anywhere else. When someone is planning to BBQ they let everyone know and we all bring something and have a good time while ensuring not to disturb others. The manager is great she lives in the park so she makes herself available if you need her. I travel alot for work so when ever I'm in the area its the only place I'll stay.
