Customer Reviews
This is a property that unfortunately prioritizes charm over guest safety and comfort. We experienced the following issues during our stay: • Bathroom sink slow draining. Was fixed after two calls. • Shower curtain dirty. See photo. • Shower wand holding bracket on wall was sloppy and loose. • Toilet flapper wouldn’t seat properly. H2O kept running after each flush. • HVAC system would not start. Room temperature was 62F in the AM. No instructions as how to adjust. Tried calling the front desk with no answer. After leaving a message they did call back and offered to send a technician. • Mini refrigerator was old, beat up, & noisy. Had to pull it out from the wall and unplug it. The top of the refrigerator and the floor were dirty. • Desk chair was a very old, sunken in, webbed chair t
What a treat! My husband and I stayed for the evening, we had gone to El Campo once a couple years ago since my husband had a work trip in Albuquerque. I told him I wanted to come back to stay for a night, I was lucky to be treated for my birthday. I got a massage, and we ate at El Campo. It such a beautiful place, I wish I could visit my frequently. I will be back :). The Rio Grande was close by so we were able to go for a run too. We got lunch from the Farm Shop, they have delicious sandwiches and pastries. We got to meet the peacock 🦚. Thanks for the wonderful stay
My wife and I stayed here on our road trip across New Mexico and this was one of our favourite places. ||Lovely hotel set on this farm we had the south room 1 initially and then the farm room 1 as we had to extend our stay following storm Raymond. Both rooms were excellent, spacious with a luxury feel. ||We had the breakfast every day and dined there two evenings. All the food was very good and the service throughout our stay was excellent. We particularly liked esprerenza who served us in the bar every night - great service. ||I used the gym every day which was reasonably well equipped ||We used the bikes to cycle along the Rio grande cycle path that’s worth doing ||All in all this is a lovely place to stay
My sons and I visited because we are establishing a botanical farm and wanted to see the best one in the state. We checked out some of the grounds which are beautifully developed. Most we couldn't see because access is limited to "guest only". The farm shop which is filled with stunning treasures. We did manage to find several beautiful things that just had to come home with us. When we told the cashier the reason for our visit, he took us over to the greenhouse where the staff there were kind enough to answer all our questions surrounding running such a property and gave us valuable advice. Everyone was so kind, helpful and encouraging. We are planning on going back to stay at the Inn very soon so that we can fully experience the entire property and all it has to offer.
A truly stunning property rich in architecture and history. Everywhere you turn is another gorgeous view—and this holds true while exploring the acres upon acres of the resort. Along with over-the-top ambiance, we came for the amazing food—and LP never disappoints. The staff were warm and attentive throughout our stay, and there was consistent attention to detail and to the customer experience. Los Poblanos offered several fun or relaxing activities each day (we particularly enjoyed the walking historical tour with Don), and the spa was wonderful. Highly, highly recommend. You don’t need a reason to be in Albuquerque—we came just for Los Poblanos and Campo and left happy.
