This place is a gem! Quite easy to find and has tiny homes for rent too! Close to the town Athens for shopping! Love it here dog friendly has dog park too. They even have weather ready hook ups too! Been here for months! Gated too love it here!

I love staying here at Los Pines!! The people are super nice and friendly. It’s always well kept and clean. It’s well shaded, so in the mid summer for campers is awesome. It’s electronically gated so there’s no suspicious persons or theft. The gated dog park is more than handy. And the owner Alvin is just an awesome guy. I’ve lived there for a year and never once even considered trying a different spot. 5 stars for sure!

This place has been my home for many months now. Having much expirence in staying place to place, this by far has been absolutely my favorite! Starting with the location being in an area you feel like we are among the ones privileged enough to have a piece of land property. When pulling into the entrance, it doesnt feel like your usual options, not having the rv park vibe at all. Its up against untouched woods on one side and a properly maintenenced property on the other, creating an opportunity of a view. Being a smaller sized community with a gated entrance, trees amongst the lots, and decently sized spots, it has an inviting and welcoming neighborhood vibe mixed between Tiny homes as well as campers of all sizes. Stayed a month here recently and we really enjoyed our stay. The gentleman who owns and runs it is very kind. There is a wonderful dog park and the grass was always kept trimmed. For an extended stay, this is the place you want to be. It was very quiet. I loved that it was gated so we had no worries about people coming and going that had no business there. Felt very safe and comfortable here, if we ever return to the area, we would definitely stay here again.

We did a long term tiny house rental here for our daughter and it was perfect for her! Quiet and tucked away in the trees but minutes away from her work in Athens, shopping and restaurants. The house was as new with great finishes throughout and we didn’t have to worry about her safety. We’d definitely recommend renting from Alvin!
