Lookout Motel

I tried to stay at this place with my grandpa and my brother, and the experience was terrible from the moment we walked in. My grandpa asked for a room with two beds, and the lady at the front desk just looked at us, shook her head, and didn’t say a single word. She didn’t explain why, didn’t say they were full, and didn’t offer any kind of help. It felt rude and unprofessional. I’m not sure if it was a communication issue or just disrespect, but either way, it made us uncomfortable and we left. Afterward, I checked the reviews and saw multiple complaints about bedbugs. I’m glad we didn’t stay. Do not visit this place.

My fiance and I stayed here for a couple of months trying to get on our feet. The owners at first we thought were decent people. We paid for the room. Spent well over a couple thousand dollars staying here. We had more contact with the wife than the husband. But the TV was stuck on one station told them about it multiple times they switched out remotes with that not working they done nothing else about it. We weren't to worried about that because we have apps for movies on our phones. So anyways the longer we stayed the more we realized how shady these people were. Right down to her asking how much money we have in our bank account! So we let it go. Brushed it off as just her being weird. We came and went as we needed to. Went to work all that. This was by far the worst motel I have ever stayed in. And the price should have been half of what it was. There was only one light in the entire room. You practically had to climb over the end of the one bed to get into the bathroom. The towels were very musty and mildew smelling. We found a number of dead roaches. The beds were mediocre. Had problems getting in and out of the room because the door knob and lock were loose and broken. Everything very old. For what they were charging, the room should have been immaculate. Unfortunately, we did not have a choice because every other place was booked solid due to the Taylor Swift concert, as well as other events happening in Cincinnati over the weekend. Definitely DO NOT recommend.

This was the absolute worst i have ever been treated. I went there with my wife. She went in and rented the room (90$) while i waited in the car because it was raining. We entered the room to a strong chemical smell. We disreguarded it because we didnt have the energy to travel another 20 minutes to another establishment. We took a nap. My wife is a night shift RN at a senior care center. She went on in to work. I ordered doordash and settled in for a night of self care. Befor my food ever arrived the room telephone started ringing. I picked it up. It was the front desk. They claimed she only rented the room until 5pm. I gave them a rebuttle and they would not accept it. It was dark and rainy and they put me out of the room. I tried to call my wife but she was at work. So i called the hote

Room was filthy. Air conditioner would not stay on. Refrigerator had a smell to it. We were told we would have a microwave and we didnt. The curtains were falling down so you could see right in our room. Other guests were being to loud. Avoud this motel at all cost.
