Days Inn by Wyndham Fort Wright Cincinnati Area

The single-star rating I rendered was strictly a consequence of the room's challenging commitment to cleanliness and its state of visible distress. The promotional images on the Days Inn website, I must concede, possessed a most flattering—and ultimately misleading—charisma, promising an establishment of pristine quality. Upon completing the financial transaction and entering the chamber, the reality was a palpable betrayal; it became instantly clear that the website's photographer possessed a master's degree in optimistic lighting and strategic cropping. My immediate and most profound regret is that I did not promptly pivot, march back to the reception desk, and demand a full refund before the aura of dust and disappointment could fully settle upon my luggage.

The service couldn’t have been better, loved how nice and friendly the men running the place were. My room really blew me away, ended up rebooking 6 days. I had an entire apartment basically and it cost me less than a C note per day. I was thrilled about that. I will book this same room every time I am in Northern KY. Towel service was great but might wanna take a broom and dustpan if you have OCD. The maid doesn’t clean like I do. Overall- very happy!

Positive: The location. Negative: The bathroom was not well maintained. Bathroom tub had dirty looking stains. The toilet paper holder was broken off from the wall. The caulking around the tub was a mess, looked like it was done by someone who had never caulked before.

Reserved a NON-SMOKING room. The entire room, from the pillows to the curtains, the bed and sheets and even the couch wreaked heavily of cigarette smoke. It hit us as soon as we opened the door. It was horrible. No HOT water for showers. It was barely room temperature warm at best. No food or drinks at the "Convenience area" at the front desk. Complimentary breakfast was self serve waffles and two small pots of coffee, for everyone to share.

Booked through Wyndham but forgot to get the hotel address. Wyndham couldn’t provide the confirmation number or the address when I called them back so I couldn’t cancel. The hotel still charged my card and rudely refused a refund, even after I explained the situation politely. (I didn’t even have a way to contact them until they charged my card) The staff was very rude. Be careful once your card is charged, they keep your money. I would gladly delete this review if they would just send me my money!! And after reading all the reviews, I’m glad I didn’t…. Good luck haggling for a refund if you end up with a roach infested room
