Long Beach Hotel

My husband booked a stay here for our family. Our room was pretty small, but overall, very clean, and just enough room for a travel crib. The lobby and hallway were fairly clean as well. We also dined at the in-house restaurant and our meals were pretty decent. All of the staff that we encountered were friendly and polite. This is a cute spot and the location is perfect--steps away from the boardwalk, and a short walk from Toast Coffee + Kitchen (an amazing place for breakfast). Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would book again.

Stayed one night. I've read all the other reviews and here's my take: do not come with high expectations. It's basic. Here's my experience: check in was smooth. Staff friendly. There was a huge 50th birthday party in the ballroom. With a dj. It was loud. |I requested a room on an upper floor, far from the elevator, when I booked online. When I arrived I inquired about my request and was told the hotel was sold out and my room was in the corner. It was in the corner far from the elevator so that was good, I ended up on the second floor. I think there is one more floor above. |There are two wings to the building. I don't like room, terrible, bad smell very small roo.s, windows dirty I don't see nothing

Terrible experience, the room was all bed and 2 separate rooms when booking a double king room. Nothing like any of the pictures completely misleading. The cuck chair was in the closet which made for a very awkward experience and the chair was very uncomfortable. Woke up to banging in the walls early. The photos online must have been taken from another hotel room looks absolutely nothing like that. Also someone just walked right into our room at that point we just decided to leave…

This place is a disaster. We had to move rooms not once, not twice, but three times due to dogs barking in neighboring rooms. Why there are dogs in a hotel is beyond me. Also, the walls are paper thin to the point where you can hear an average volume conversation from the other side. You are provided with two towels, no washcloths, and sticky floors. If you want extra towels, you will be waiting a full 24 hours before receiving them. I can’t even really speak to extra amenities because there are none. The shampoo dispenser that is in the shower is 1) empty and 2) rusted. The safety bar inside the shower is anything but as it is hanging on by a thread. Will never stay here again.
