Allegria Hotel

Here’s another review to highlight the exceptional service I received at the Atlántica for breakfast. Anny is such a doll!!! She is the kindest person and always has a smile on her face. I stay here often and she’s always taking care of me and making sure I have everything I need. Brings me coffee before I even sit down! Memorable to say the least. Her personality definitely shines through! The menu is pretty simple. Honestly I prefer their breakfast over their dinner. The dinner was bland and tasteless sent food back twice still paid 80$ don’t know why but it was horrible I expected more from the dinner menu given the exceptional service I receive for breakfast. I waited 25 minutes before putting in food then waited for the food, sent it back waited another 20 minutes for a chicken pesto

From the moment we walked in, front desk was so helpful. Restaurant was delicious and welcoming after a long flight from South Florida. I went to the nearest grocery only a few blocks away and bought some flowers for our room to add some cheer. Hadiqah Marsha Nelly, (front desk) noticed them as I came through the lobby. She inquired and then volunteered to make an arrangement for me, I was so surprised, but gratefully agreed. She later brought up the arrangement to our room and the result was astonishing. She had taken my little bundles and created something so special. She would not take a tip and although I have never written a review for anything, ever, I felt it was the least I could do to show my deep appreciation for such a thoughtful act of kindness. Positive: Location. Negative: It was overly scented. It needs some upkeep. The door to my room was very swollen-being at the beach that can happen-it needed shaved and repainted. The bed is too soft. It was difficult to get in/out, and to sit up. No bench no decent chairs.

I absolutely love staying at the Allegria Hotel! I book my staycations here often, and every single time the experience is consistently amazing. The rooms are immaculate, the linens and towels are always fresh and perfectly clean, and all of the amenities are in great working condition. You can truly tell they take pride in maintaining the property. What really makes each stay special, though, is the staff. I’m always greeted with a warm smile the moment I walk in. A special shoutout to Jeannette at the front desk!!!!! she is truly the sweetest! She always makes sure I have everything I need as soon as I arrive, and her kindness never goes unnoticed. I had an amazing experience at the Allegria Hotel thanks to Jenatte. She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that we felt welcomed and taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who is so genuinely helpful and dedicated to providing great service. Jenatte made our stay even more special, and I can’t thank her enough. Highly recommend!
