Lone Star Inn

The room was super hot and refused to cool down with the ac on the lowest number all day and night. The bed was awful. The bottoms box spring was completely broken causing the whole bed to cave in, we moved it to the floor in hopes of being able to sleep and be closer to the AC and we still could not cool off or sleep at all. Do not recommend at all. Even for a cheap motel, that is completely unacceptable. Did I mention the roaches. Not wood/tree roaches but German roaches everywhere.

I have stayed here many, many times. I travel to Tyler about every 3 to 4 months to visit family. I have always had comfortable rooms and always treated like a valued guest. Unlike some reviews I have read, I have NEVER seen a bug. Staff are very friendly.

Bed Bugs was present. Roaches was everywhere. Then I ask for a refund, they told me because I been there longer than 15 minutes it was nothing they could do about. It took me 15 minutes to get my bags out the car, scope thing out & walk back to the office. Roaches everywhere. And bed bugs. I got the pictures. They didn't give my money back or another room. We left. I'm going to sue

I have stayed at this location several times in years past with no problems but this time I got attacked by the resident bed bugs. Severe bed bug problem. Please check your room or find elsewhere.

Comfortable beds & very clean room & the air conditioning blows fantastic in the room I was in , the staff has a great attitude on my third stay there , I really like staying here Every chance I get , To bad I can't afford the 350 weekly rate due to high inflation, they had to go up on there prices , it's a great place to relax and no bed bugs and one more thing , I've always check my bed before I lay down and I been guaranteed bed linen , I can tell that's my dominate area experience professional cleaning . Google know how I'm coming with reviews fair & honest opinion ,if you know better do better is my motto and you want have to hear my opinion .
