Lone Star Inn

I have stayed here many times and always appreciate the value for the room. The rooms are quiet even tho it is directly off the highway you hear no noise, not highway noise or other people staying noise. My room was clean and comfortable. I will definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay at the lone Star, the room was spotless, the sheets smelled so fresh, the shower felt wonderful and breakfast was very adequate. We enjoyed the waffle and fresh fruit, orange juice,and of course coffee. Great value!

Stayed here to be close to River Valley MX park check in was really nice and the place was clean the lady that checked us in was very friendly we had breakfast and the guy at check out was very nice as well we will definitely stay again

Basic room, small. Two DOUBLE beds. The entire second floor smells like must/mold. Great price!!! ||Do not bother with breakfast! Waffles. Period. They ask you eat the self made waffles in the 3-table breakfast space but all the tables were taken. There was one small cutie orange too. I skipped it entirely after looking.

I travel a lot for work and was admittedly nervous about staying here since I usually stay at more well known hotels. Since I was going to be in Decatur for four days I wanted to stay somewhere comfortable. I looked at the reviews and they were solid so I decided to give it a try. It was very affordable and the owner Champ and his wife were incredibly sweet. They are kind people and keep their rooms clean for you. If I am ever back in town I would 100% rather stay here than anywhere else!
