Loma Linda Inn

I wasn’t expecting anything fancy and didn’t mind the furniture not being the most up to date or anything but what really matters is cleanliness. This room was clearly not cleaned. There was stuff all over the floors as if they hadn’t even swept. There was coffee in the coffee maker that was clearly left. There were hairs on the headboard and on the bedsheets themselves. Even on the towels in the bathroom. You have to be blind to be a cleaning person and not see that stuff. Honestly really disgusting. We asked for an extra blanket and they brought one and it had a hole in it.

My husband and I spent two weeks at the Inn at the recommendation of family members in the community. I'm so glad we did. The owners and those they employ were always available with smiles and ready to help. We had a quality Cal King bed in a room that was sparkling clean with a fridge and microwave and TV with cable. There are 3 outdoor areas to sit and relax or eat, one with a fountain and beautiful flowers. It's walking distance to the renowned Loma Linda Medical Center and University.

Horrible. I can’t believe my deposit was kept over foundation on the sheets. Are you actually charging guests for wearing makeup now? Light cosmetic stains are normal, and hotels bleach or clean bedding for a living — this isn’t a damage issue, it’s absurd. Charging guests for this isn’t protecting property; it’s nickel-and-diming people for no reason.Think your money is safe here? Think again. Wear makeup, and they’ll take your deposit. Laundry exists, but apparently NOT at this hotel, instead, they profit off being PETTY and ABSURD. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS unless you want to fund their ridiculousness. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Pete!! Very sweet and welcoming man. He gave us oatmeal, fruits (apples and bananas). Truly a great experience!
