Be very careful giving this place your credit card. We were told we would review and sign at checkout, but they refused to show us the final total and charged our card anyway. We later discovered a long list of additional fees. We only found out about these charges after filing a police report, when a receipt showing the fees was uncovered. We were charged for items that were already broken when we checked in. Another major red flag: the owner does not use her real name when you call, and attempts to question charges result in hung-up calls and refusal to resolve the issue. If you book through a third-party site, tell them you trust

Andrea super friendly and helpful. She was able to assist me in getting a good roommate. Roomsclean and comfortable. Didn't have time to swim, but on site. Very good location. Close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend this place for any family trip. Close to shopping centers and river entrance. Quick and Easy check in. Very clean except I got a room that bed was undone and there was still a used coffee cup on table. They fixed the problem right away and gave me a different room so I was happy about that. Everything else was perfect. If you do t have a fridge or microwave just ask for one they will find one for you. They do go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.I will be booking with them in the future instead of a casino o Lu because I don’t have to wait a long time to check in or go up or down the elevator like at the casinos. We came out to do some curb training we’re coming back next year and I’m definitely telling everyone know in the training Facebook page to stay here next year the room was great service was great. If you can get room 116 it’s nice cozy corner with a great view of the Colorado river

Nicole was great! Called ahead for help and she was on it. She got us the accommodations we needed and checked is quick. The rooms are as expected for the price but the service and location are worth it!
