Lodge on the Lake

The walls here are paper thin you can hear everything!! The rooms were old and outdated. Not all of the outlets worked. The room was a little dusty but not horrible. We did get the fort o fun suite and my son loved having his own little spot with the video games. Most everything was out of order at the arcade in the hotel. The drink vending machine was empty on the third floor. The only good part about this hotel was not having to drive to the park in the morning. Also the front desk staff was amazing!

This was our first visit to Darien Lake and we were nicely surprised with the campground. We booked premium site close to the six flags entrance by the lake and it was nice have amazing view as well as a quick walk back and forth to amusement park. It was so simple and nice having stores, laser light show all right there. The CG is very large so if you stay further in back, it is a walk to the front but they do rent golf carts. When it rained it was nice to head back to CG for a bit and then just return to six flags. Overall staff was super helpful especially when we have issues with our tickets. Would stay again.

Staff were so nice and friendly but the rooms are terrible. Smell old and musty, mattresses and couch need to be replaced!!

Would have been 5 stars if I hadn't realized that the cabin comes unfurnished. I miss that fine print. Probably should make that bigger. Other than that great place next to the park.

This wouldn’t be my first choice to stay somewhere while visiting six flags. Decor and rooms are weird and dated, they have the place locked down like Fort Knox for coming and going. Staff were super nice and friendly though, very accommodating. They offer a free breakfast for guests, but you have to walk all the way to the park across from the boomerang to get the breakfast buffet. If you’re looking for a stress free way to go to a concert at the park, this is the way to do it. No stress with traffic and parking, you get to walk through the park to enter the performing arts center, and you also get entry to the park the day of the concert, included in your concert ticket and hotel stay. They have a little cafe inside the lodge that is great for convenience, but absolutely awful food. The
