Living the Dream

This was OK. Our bed was badly sunken in the middle of the mattress. None of the video games worked. The hot tub kept getting cloudy. Not enough seating and the couches are too heavily worn and uncomfortable. The fridge is very small. Trash has to be taken to the bottom of the mountain. Cabin is very loud. The oven is very good. Showers are comfortable with good water pressure. Watch out for bears. We woke up numerous times to claw marks on our car doors and the front door. LOCK YOUR DOORS. One of our guest's car door was unlocked and a bear got inside. The bears do walk up the stairs and onto decks. The bears will run from you if you're aggressive towards them.

Staying in the Mountain Top Mansion and it is absolutely awesome. Excellent views! 9 bedrooms with king size beds or bunk beds. Enormous kitchen with 2 refrigerators, ovens, toasters, coffee makers. Great arcade games. Movie theater with comfortable recliners. Pool table. Wet bar. Wrap around porches. 2 hot tubs. If you have a small army, this is the place. Very close to town, so it's convenient.

Looking for a Smoky Mountain family vacation, this is a great place. Just outside downtown Gatlinburg and less than than 15 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Views of the Smokys from three balconies. The association does offer a community pool that can get busy and is not very big.

A MAJOR DISGRACE on waste management... every night and day BEAR had access to the garbage dumpster.. irresponsible of management to neglect this .. they need to take responsibility and prevent Bear from easy access to food source daily. I will be reporting this to TN Fish and Game

Great cabin. Close to everything. Great view. Great owner extremely responsive. Cool games. Safe new house. Nice furnishings.
