Little Pond Mountain Campground

Wonderful location, and management. Preventive maintenance is as much a priority as any emergency. If you want peace and quiet, you can find it here. If you choose to reach out for friends, there is plenty of community here. Showers are clean and well maintained.

Man when I tell you this place is rad I mean it, you get to have all of the fun of primitive camping along with having hot showers and a proper toilet. We came up to go dispersed camping in the forest but the road was blocked so it’s 10 pm we’re about an hour from home all packed for camping with nowhere to go we called a few places and no one answered but Jeff did, and with a positive attitude nonetheless. He got us setup for a whopping 20$ a night which I’ve paid much more for much less so I was almost eager to pay that. The campsites are very pretty and fun to drive into, the people staying were awesome, all in all I can’t recommend this enough if you’re in the area and need a spot to pitch a tent or park an rv you’d be a fool to go elsewhere. very clean kat the camp host is very nice and goes out of her way to help ! The only thing I don’t like is the traffic that comes in and out after hours I think they should close the gates at ten to prevent the loud cars and trucks from entering after hours

The location was great if you like an off the beaten path style stay. We were attending a wedding and decided to stay in our camper nearby which is how we ended up here. The rates were decent, and the campground had a quaint charm to it, but it was lacking in other areas. Firstly there is no service at the campground. No problems there, we’re in the mountains, I just wish the email confirmation would have stated that along with a gate code to circumvent the initial confusion. When we arrived we realized a gate code was needed to enter. We checked emails and, no code. Decided to swing over to Shirley’s (an adjacent restaurant, now closed) to see if wifi was available in order to call. We got ahold of the owner Jeff who texted over the gate code and wifi info. This is a quiet safe family friendly kind of place great prices on the lake great ppl Jeff and his family and employees treat everyone like family always willing to help with anything they offer a clean shower and bath house Laudry room hiking trails horse shoe pit &corn hole a nice communal area 20 full hook up sights a a few primitive tent sights I would definitely recommend the stay they also offer a cabin rental and a big bell tent rental also so if your looking for an rv sight tent sight or cabin rental I highly recommend them !!!!!!!
