Absolutely beautiful views. The cabin was so cozy and peaceful. The owner Liz is one of the nicest people I've met, she was so kind and inviting. This place will now be a family get away for years to come.

If you’re looking for a vacation rental with a cabin experience, modern amenities and spectacular views, this is the spot! This was far beyond what I had expected. The property is so beautiful and well kept. Each cabin has a hot tub with an amazing view and it’s own privacy. The owner Liz is so sweet and accommodating. She also gave us some great suggestions for things to venture off and do and we loved them all. I highly recommend Cherokee Forest Mountain Cabins for a family vacation/ reunion or even a romantic getaway. We will definitely be back!

The view from the top of the mountain is amazing. Close to Dollar General for incidentals. Lake Watauga has pontoon boats, kayaks and canoe rentals. Other outdoor activities in the area within a 1 hour drive. The cabin is nice with plenty of room for our family of 5. Hot tub is relaxing. Liz, the owner, is very hospitable and treats you like family.

The most relaxing vacation ever thanks to Cherokee Forest Mountain Cabins. Beautiful views, well maintained and clean. Perfect location for hiking and wildlife. Watauga Lake is minutes away, driving. Liz the owner is a phenomenal host and one of the most gracious people you will ever meet. A great experience. Hope to visit again really soon.

Our first stay at the cabins was about 10 years ago. We came back every other year. The cabins are modern log homes with all the amenities. Very peaceful with breathtaking views. We liked it so well in this part of Tennessee, we sold our house up north and moved to nearby Mountain City.
