Little Palm Inn Lake Wales

The location was nice. It was right on the corner of hwy 60 and 27 easy access The atmosphere there was nice except for the maintenance man he is very rude. He does not like doing his job with using profanity. He even went to the lengths of cussing at me as I was walking away. I would not recommend this motel to anyone that doesn't like to be cussed at, degraded, insulted ,belittled or harassed. The lady that checked me in was very nice. I will not ever stay here again the room smell funny like mold. There was a gap between the baseboard and the floor. I am just very unsatisfied with how my trip transpired from the time I got to the motel to the time I left was maybe an hour tops due to the obese white man.

I haven't stayed here myself, but my big brother lives there (actually this is his 2nd time) They ONLY do FULL 7 DAYS STAYS... But in comparison to EVERY OTHER MOTEL/HOTEL Within prolly 15 or so miles with a VERY LOW WEEKLY RATE - FOR LARGE, CLEAN ROOMS & BEDS. AS WELL AS, the OVERALL environment of this place is very CALM & QUIET. It's definitely a very good environment to be able to relax in.

The little palm motel and Lake Wells is the nastiest and the rudest place I’ve ever been and the reason me and my husband was there cause we lost our house in the lake Care center helped us. with a place to stay for a week, they do not bring you clean sheets, clean towels they do not clean the rooms. We do not have hot water. told them he gave and told me yesterday that the hot water was fixed, but it’s not the room stink like cigarettes. The couches have stains on them and you’re not even allowed to put a bag of garbage outside your door without them blowing your phone up telling you to move it because The farm Marshall you’re not allowed to have visitors they got irritated because I had my grandson for the day. Been here for a few months due to financial hardship. If I had my way . I WOULD’Ve never gotten a place here. The unprofessionally of these folks is mind blowing. Not understanding or considerate of folks work schedules. HOW DO YOU OPERATE A HOTEL WITH SICH RUDENESS & a 9-5pm no weekends. Very bad place to stay very rude and unprofessional staff .They say no dogs but they have dogs and they close the doors at 530 pm and don't open until 9 am . They will lock you out of your room if you pay weekly . They will see you knocking on the doors or ring the bell & will not answer. WiFi stays going out & cable boxes in rooms doesn’t even work. NEED TO HAVE ONLINE PAYMENTS OR APPLE PAY. Be OPEN HALF DAY ON WEEKENDS & a better CUSTOMER SERVICE. Get BETTER PEOPLE TO RUN THIS PLACE. That are people fr

Had to make last minute reservations. During Florida spring break of course. Found this place, and read ALL reviews. Decided to give it a chance. Excellent choice! Was sort of scared by "duct taped" couch in lobby and the chipped paint on the doors..... but both rooms (2 doubles/ 1 king) were extremely clean. TV (little flat screens) worked great. Showers were clean and water perfect! Bedding was updated and very comfortable. Carpet was fairly new and very clean. Best feature was it was close to awesome steak house (Manny's Chop House!), fast food, c-store and our work place. Staff was professional and answered all questions. Price was 1/2 of nearby motels/hotels. I have to return later this year and would stay in a heart beat!
