Okay so I was nervous about staying in Browning cause I heard it was a more run down town. This hotel is lovely and I would stay here again. I was able to get a King sized room on short notice. The rooms are small but they are clean and well organized. Covid shut down breakfast so the room was stocked with a variety of juice, coffee (and fixing for it), yogurt, fruit cups, and pretty good breakfast sandwiches. The showers had the usual soaps and plenty of towels as well as some free sunscreen which is thoughtful. I cannot stress the fact that this was probably the cleanest hotel I've been in. The room had a coffee pot, fridge, TV, wifi, and microwave. The AC/heat worked great as well. The staff was super friendly and kind and was able to tell me about the local places to eat which was awe

Avoid at all costs. This business does not honor their Expedia refund policy. I'm writing this for my father who booked this place in April 2021 through Expedia. We have an email from Expedia stating that we had until 7/1/21 to cancel the reservation. On 6/16/21 the reservation was cancelled and Expedia confirmed with an email that a refund was coming, but it NEVER came. Reached out to Expedia and they took a "not our problem" approach and told us to contact the Little Hilt Inn. I contacted the Inn and was told "not our problem" and to contact Expedia. Neither will take responsibility or refund the money. I have paperwork that has a very clear cancellation policy and proof I cancelled within it. This place has terrible customer service. Buyer beware!!

This hotel is super bad, when I book from Expedia, they said they can not check me in on the night. They transfer me to another hotel, and they said they will pay for it, however the money is charged on my card. Reimbursement is a very easy thing everywhere, but it has not been solved until now(two months) I can not image a worse hotel than this one

Stayed here 2 ngts. in June 2022. The room was small but had what I require in a hotel room. Fridge, micro, coffee machine, and a nice selection of breakfast items. The outside parking area could have been cleaner from debris. The casino in Browning had super meals too.

Very frustrating service here. They wouldn't work with us on a partial refund when a doctor's note prevented us from staying, with advance notice. There's clearly enough demand for them to turn around and sell the room, so the lack of compassion really stunk. This pathetic rating is all I have left.
